Austerfield combat club is our brand new sessions run by Nick one of our instructors.
It is a high energy, full body fitness class based on mixed martial arts movements.
Designed to improve cardio endurance, core strength and agility.
Train in a friendly, welcoming group suitable for people of all abilities.
